 Tenzushi only serves an Omakase and they don't serve any alcohol. &nbsp;First piece is always Toro (fatty tuna) and you are served green tea throughout the meal.  メニューはおまかせのみでお酒は一切提供していない。最初の一貫目は必ず大トロで始まり、お茶が常に提供される。

 Next is Neon Flying Squid with Sea Urchin, Flying Fish Roe &amp; Nishiki Sesame. &nbsp;For me, this is the best squid sushi there is.  二貫目は赤いかのウニ、トビコ、錦胡麻のせ。私的にはこちらのイカ以上に美味しいイカを食べたことがない。

 Next is Japanese Tiger Prawn. &nbsp;It's cooked rare and the umami and sweetness explodes in your mouth.  三貫目は車海老。半ナマの状態で出され、旨味と甘みが素晴らしい。

 If you are a serious foodie in Japan, everyone knows about Tenzushi and Chef Amano. &nbsp;Most of his customers fly to Fukuoka and then take the built train (Shinkansen) to Kokura just to enjoy his creations. &nbsp;&nbsp;It's one of the few restaurants which received a rating of perfect 10 by us. &nbsp;  食通の中で天寿し京町店及び大将である天野さんのことを知らない人はいないだろう。ほとんどの客がこちらで食べるためだけに小倉まで足を運ぶ。.我々の間で10点中10点がついた数少ない名店中の名店。
